Meet the team

 

Jae Kim
Physiotherapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pilates Instructor

Jae is our physiotherapist with special interests in lower back management, knee rehabilitation, osteoporosis management, and sports-specific strengthening. He strongly supports and employs an evidence-based approach. Jae has studied Human Neuroanatomy, Immunology and Medical Laboratory Science prior to studying Physiotherapy. Jae went on to study many further courses, including Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, TMJ, etc. He also works closely with athletes in weightlifting, powerlifting, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, rugby, and basketball. In his spare time, Jae likes to exercise at the gym, learn new skills, train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and read.

Brandon Levin
Remedial Massage Therapist 

Brandon is passionate about health and fitness, with a strong interest in pain and injury management, injury prevention, exercise recovery, and stress management.
He has experience working as both a Remedial Therapist and a Strength and Conditioning Coach, supporting a diverse range of clients, including athletes from various sporting backgrounds, older adults, young parents, office professionals, injury rehabilitation and individuals living with chronic injuries or disabilities.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Medical Sciences, majoring in Anatomy, Physiology, Neuroscience and is currently studying Physiotherapy. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys strength training with a particular focus on functional movement. He is committed to helping clients achieve their health, performance and rehabilitation goals.

 

Shweta Dhawan
Yoga Teacher (@Shivflowyoga)

Shweta is trained in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya and teaches classical hatha yoga with a breath-centred Pranayama in focus. She committed herself to the holistic practice of the eight limbs of yoga in 2010 and has since completed a 600-hour diploma in yoga teacher training and most recently became a certified meditation instructor. Having taught students of all ages and experience, she understands the importance of adjusting poses, ensuring classes are safe and accessible for all. Students are encouraged to slow down, listen to and honour the body. Classes are balanced, creating deep states of stillness and clarity along with building strength and flexibility. Her harmonizing approach helps students integrate yoga into their daily lives.

Diane Chun
Pilates Instructor

Diane is the founder of D-BOLT Fitness, a Personal Trainer, Coach, Group Fitness Instructor and advocate for healthy ageing through strength and movement. With a background spanning both corporate leadership and the health & fitness industry, Diane brings a unique blend of coaching, leadership and lived experience to her work. Diane transitioned into the health and fitness industry to pursue her passion for helping people improve their health, well-being and quality of life through exercise & mindset. Her experience includes personal 1:1 personal training, active ageing programs, Pilates, mobility, strength -based exercises helping people of all ages & abilities to move with confidence and build long-term physical resilience. At the heart of Diane’s coaching philosophy are three key principles: Movement, Mindset and Transformation. She believes lasting change occurs when physical capability is supported by confidence, self-belief and sustainable habits. Her mission is to coach movement, build mindset and empower transformation.
