Shweta is trained in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya and teaches classical hatha yoga with a breath-centred Pranayama in focus. She committed herself to the holistic practice of the eight limbs of yoga in 2010 and has since completed a 600-hour diploma in yoga teacher training and most recently became a certified meditation instructor. Having taught students of all ages and experience, she understands the importance of adjusting poses, ensuring classes are safe and accessible for all. Her harmonizing approach helps students integrate yoga into their daily lives.
