Yoga
As an ancient practice that unites the body, breath, and mind, yoga is an accessible and highly beneficial form of exercise that supports both physical and mental health. It is known to increase muscular strength and flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, restore inner peace, boost overall wellbeing and so much more. Our yoga class heavily focuses on a safety-first approach, to allow participants of all health to attend and enjoy their classes.

We have specifically chosen Shweta to lead our yoga classes for her deep understanding of the human body and her ability to teach yoga safely.
While she is an advanced level teacher (Completed 500hours teaching qualification), Shweta welcomes practitioners of all levels including absolute beginners.
We will be aiming to open up more classes as we get more interests.

Mat Pilates / General Strength and Conditioning
The class with a bit of everything!
With a mixture of strengthening the core, develop muscular control, improve posture and flexibility, this class is a fantastic way to rehabilitate, energise, and tone the entire body. Our classes are led by our Principal Physiotherapist, Jae Kim, who has years of experience in teaching Pilates, leading strength and conditioning sessions, and treating an assortment of injuries. Jae’s friendly and evidence-based approach ensures that his exercise classes are both enjoyable and built upon the latest scientific understanding.

Personal Training / Strength and Conditioning
This is a one-on-one exercise session with one of our physiotherapists or an exercise physiologist.
As the name suggests, strength and conditioning is a highly beneficial form of training that helps to develop the strength, size, and endurance of the muscles. It is a great way to improve your overall physical health, whether you are an elite athlete or new to exercise altogether.
