Exercise Classes

We offer a variety of classes to suit all fitness levels, led by experienced instructors who are dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.


Pilates (Mat) Class

Strengthen both your body and mind in our Mat Pilates class. This class focuses on developing your core strength, stability, and balance, while also improving posture, flexibility, and coordination. Suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, the gentle yet challenging exercises will leave you feeling energized and stress-free.

  • Instructor: Jasmine Lam
  • Style: Mixture of Pilates, strength and conditioning, and mobility exercises
  • Class Size: Maximum 8 participants
  • Duration: 50 minutes

Timetable:

  • Tuesday: 5:30 pm – 6:20 pm (Beginners)
  • Tuesday: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Intermediate Level)

Yoga

Reconnect with your body, breath, and mind in our yoga classes. This ancient practice supports physical and mental well-being through improved flexibility, muscular strength, reduced stress, and enhanced inner peace. Safety is our priority, ensuring all participants can enjoy and benefit from the classes, regardless of experience level.

  • Sunday: 9:00 am – 9:50 am (Open Level Hatha – All Levels)
  • Sunday: 10:00 am – 10:50 am (Gentle Hatha – Beginners)

Physiotherapy Exercise Class

A dynamic class combining Pilates, general strengthening, flexibility, and mobility exercises. Perfect for those looking to rehabilitate, tone, and improve balance, this class is led by our principal physiotherapist and designed to enhance both strength and posture.

  • Style: A mix of Pilates, strength and conditioning, and mobility exercises
  • Class Size: Maximum 8 participants

Active Mobility / Recovery Class

Designed for individuals needing gentle movement to ease joint stiffness and general aches. Focused on mobility and recovery, this upcoming class will support your active lifestyle.

  • Style: Mobility and recovery-focused exercises
  • Class Size: Maximum 8 participants
